Advanced Asset Management is seeking a Finance Manager – Multifamily Property Management in Mexico City. The role focuses on financial statement analysis, budgeting, treasury operations, and risk management to optimize profitability across real estate portfolios.

You will oversee audits, ensure ASC 606/IFRS compliance, and lead a team to drive accurate financial reporting and strategic planning aligned with corporate goals.

Formación

• Proven corporate accounting experience with attention to GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience in risk analysis and regulatory compliance for real estate or property management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation and analysis of financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) in line with GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and implement cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Manage treasury activities including cash flow, payables/receivables and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory reporting standards.
