Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Finance Director to lead the manufacturing operation's finance function in Tijuana, Mexico. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and balance sheet management while ensuring robust internal controls and accurate financial reporting.

You will partner with site leadership on financial and operational strategy, oversee product costing and cost control, and develop a high-performing plant finance team to support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and balance sheet management.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and transparency of financial information and reporting.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and drive corrective actions when required.
• Oversee product costing, cost control and financial analysis to support operational performance.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identifying opportunities to improve performance and support decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity of the general ledger, account reconciliations and supporting financial systems.
• Support the development of financial and operational objectives and drive actions toward their achievement.
• Lead, develop and strengthen the plant finance team, building a high-performance and accountable organization.
• Lead the overall finance function for the manufacturing operation, ensuring strong financial governance and business support.
• Partner closely with site leadership on financial, operational and strategic matters.
