Job summary

Page Executive, on behalf of a leading IMMEX manufacturing operation in Tijuana, is seeking a Finance Director to lead the overall finance function, ensure strong governance, and partner with site leadership on financial, operational and strategic matters.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, month-end, balance sheet management, internal controls, cost management and product costing, while building a high-performance finance team in an international, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Finance Director or senior finance leader within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IMMEX operations and financial dynamics of manufacturing.
• Solid background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls and cost management.
• Strong business partnering capabilities to influence financial and operational decisions.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall finance function for the manufacturing operation with governance and business support.
• Partner with site leadership on financial, operational and strategic matters.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and balance sheet management.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial information and reporting.
• Maintain robust internal controls and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee product costing, cost control and financial analysis to support operations.
• Analyze financial results to identify performance improvements and support decision-making.
• Ensure integrity of general ledger, reconciliations and financial systems.
• Support development of financial and operational objectives and drive actions to achieve them.
• Lead, develop and strengthen the plant finance team.
