Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency delivering real revenue through a unique Customer Generation approach. This remote-first role supports the Head of Finance, owning the month-end close and driving FP&A insights across multiple regions.

You’ll manage revenue recognition, reconciliations, and multi-country compliance while shaping budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. A strong English communicator with GAAP experience is essential.

Competenze

• 7+ years in accounting and/or FP&A
• Hands-on month-end close ownership under GAAP
• Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in professional services, agencies, or SaaS
• Familiarity with NetSuite and time-tracking tools like Harvest
• Strong English communication skills

Mansioni

• Own the month-end close: revenue recognition, accruals, prepaids, reconciliations, and close calendar.
• Manage recurring, project, and variable revenue (percent-of-spend / programmatic), including mid-month starts, churn, offering swaps, and prorations.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll entries, and multi-country compliance (US, Canada, Mexico, UK).
• Maintain clean, audit-ready books with strong internal controls and reconciliations.
• Oversee billing accuracy and collections with account teams.
• Maintain monthly client and divisional P&Ls, allocate staff costs, COGS, and overhead.
• Track margin and EBITDA targets; flag drift; explain variances.
• Assist Head of Finance with budget, rolling forecast, and variance analysis.
• Support pricing and capacity planning; model new-client economics.
• Report on revenue KPIs: NRR, churn, expansion, revenue per head.
• Automate and improve reporting to save time for analysis.
