NatureSweet is seeking a Sustainability Lead to drive the company’s ESG strategy, governance, and social impact initiatives from our base in Mexico. You will collaborate with leaders across functions to translate commitments into measurable outcomes and strengthen our status as a purpose-driven brand.

Responsibilities include steering ESG reporting, managing certifications such as B Corp, Fair Trade, EFI, SA8000, and SMETA, and building data dashboards, materiality analyses, and stakeholder

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree required in a related field with emphasis on sustainability, ESG, or CSR.
• Experience leading certification processes (B Corp, Fair Trade, EFI, SA8000, SMETA, Sedex) is essential.
• Experience managing ESG reporting, KPIs, and community initiatives.
• Advanced English required for internal and external collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of NatureSweet's sustainability strategy, ESG roadmap, and governance framework.
• Manage sustainability certifications including B Corp, Fair Trade, EFI, SA8000, SMETA, and other social compliance standards.
• Coordinate sustainability reporting, ESG metrics, materiality assessments, and performance dashboards to ensure data integrity and meaningful business insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives, educational programs, community impact projects, and JEDI efforts.
• Build strong relationships with certification bodies, NGOs, customers, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
