NatureSweet is seeking a Master Data Director to lead the enterprise Master Data strategy and governance, based in Guadalajara or Queretaro. You will shape data architecture, governance, and quality to enable ERP evolution and AI-ready data across the organization.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to build a scalable data foundation that supports operational excellence, analytics, and future growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; CDMP certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience leading Master Data Management and Data Governance initiatives in complex organizations.
• Proven experience designing governance frameworks and implementing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, master data design, data quality, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing distributed teams.
• English required; Spanish preferred.

About the role

We are looking for our next Master Data Director. Location: Guadalajara or Queretaro. As our Master Data Director, you will lead the design and execution of the enterprise Master Data strategy, establishing the governance, processes, and technology that enable reliable, scalable, and AI-ready data across the organization. This role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to build a strong data foundation that supports operational excellence, ERP evolution, and future growth.
