NatureSweet is seeking a Master Data Director to lead the design and execution of our enterprise Master Data strategy. You will establish governance, processes, and technology to enable reliable, scalable, and AI-ready data across the organization, partnering with business and technology leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; CDMP certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience leading Master Data Management and Data Governance.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and implementing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, master data design, data quality, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing distributed teams.
• English required; Spanish preferred.

About the role:

As our Master Data Director , you will lead the design and execution of the enterprise Master Data strategy, establishing the governance, processes, and technology that enable reliable, scalable, and AI-ready data across the organization. This role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to build a strong data foundation that supports operational excellence, ERP evolution, and future growth.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the enterprise Master Data strategy, including data models, governance, ownership, and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and stewardship models to ensure data consistency and accountability across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience leading Master Data Management and Data Governance initiatives in complex organizations.
• Proven experience designing governance frameworks and implementing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and MDM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, master data design, data quality, and enterprise data governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing distributed teams.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
