The role requires 7+ years in sustainability, strong communication, bilingual Spanish/English, and travel flexibility. You will stay current on regulations and report on performance and risk.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related field.
- 7+ years in sustainability/ESG/consulting.
- Experience leading projects with senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability strategy and ESG.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Responsabilidades
- Lead sustainability and ESG projects across industries.
- Partner with senior leaders to set priorities and objectives.
- Design strategies, implementation plans, and performance frameworks.
- Manage assessments on sustainability performance, climate, material topics, and CSR programs.
- Guide reporting, disclosures, and market expectations.
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams and deliverables.
- Identify sustainability risks and opportunities for performance.
- Stay informed on trends, regulations, and best practices.
