Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a results-driven Supply Chain professional to manage order lead times, configurations, and demand planning processes. You will monitor production plans, adjust schedules, and ensure inventory turns while keeping customers informed of timelines and changes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems (QAD/SAP), and the ability to work across Sales, Production, and Logistics to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Management.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; teamwork.
• Proficient in English (70% level) in written and spoken form.
• 3 years of experience in Demand Planning ERP systems (QAD, SAP, etc).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage new sales orders and downstream actions.
• Audit order change requests from customers from material, production, and logistics perspectives.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries; provide lead time and change updates.
• Coordinate with Sales and Production to align monthly demand and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage customer priorities and scheduling.
