A global engineering firm in Monterrey seeks a proactive Customer Service & Operations Planner to support daily operations and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of manufacturing experience, strong English communication skills, and expertise in production planning. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, operational scheduling, and reporting on service performance. Formación

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, with strong exposure to customer service, planning, or supply chain.
• Must be conversational with English and able to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, and discussions.
• Proven experience in production planning, demand planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and service requests.
• Plan and schedule daily operational activities based on demand and capacity.
• Prepare reports on service performance, planning accuracy, and customer feedback.
