Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Monterrey to liaise between customers, warehouse operations, and service delivery. You will plan and manage customer orders, monitor material flows, and resolve issues, using SAP and Excel to support data-driven decisions.

The candidate should have strong logistics experience, excellent Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain planning or related fields.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and monitor customer orders within SAP.
• Download, analyze, and maintain operational reports and planning data.
• Plan and coordinate order execution with customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Review order status and inventory information to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding planning activities, order updates, and issue resolution.
• Participate in regular customer meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor discrepancies between SAP and transportation management tools.
• Investigate service issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with service delivery, operations, and customer teams to align supply chain.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support inventory visibility and planning.
• Identify risks and propose solutions.
• Maintain planning data and documentation.
