Job summary

Roquette is seeking an experienced FP&A leader based in Queretaro to direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the Americas. You will partner with regional senior leadership, drive performance metrics, and guide a multi-country finance team to implement an enhanced FP&A operating model with automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
MBA and/or professional certifications (CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred.
12+ years in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Leadership in complex international environments.
Experience leading FP&A at regional or multi-country level.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A activities across Americas with reliable performance management.
Own regional budgeting, forecasting and closing processes per Group standards.
Act as trusted finance partner to Americas senior leadership and Business Units.
Lead deployment of FP&A Target Operating Model in Americas (Project Unity).
Champion digital analytics, automation and AI-enabled FP&A capabilities.
Drive governance, KPI consistency and continuous improvement.
