Advanced Energy in Mexicali is seeking a Costing Manager to oversee cost accounting, analyze production costs, and support strategic financial planning. You will work with operations, procurement, and finance to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure accurate cost allocation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cost accounting or financial analysis, strong ERP/Excel skills, and experience in manufacturing or service costing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or service costing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and processes.
• Analyze production costs, material costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Lead costing audits and support external audit requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior costing staff.
