Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electromechanical/Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related position.
• Experience in Lean practices, Six Sigma (preferred), ISO/FDA-regulated environments and GMP requirements.
• Experience writing and executing process validations (IQ/SV/DOE/OQ/PQ).
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Margin Improvement Projects (MIP) in line with the plant plan and departmental commitments.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of assigned projects while protecting manufacturing lines.
• Identify opportunities for MIP projects via self-initiated ideas related to direct materials in device manufacturing, assess feasibility, scope, and validate financial savings.
• Collaborate with Procurement to manage material and/or product quotations as part of evaluation of ideas.
• Lead Workshops, Kaizen, and VAVE events for idea generation, providing follow-up with cross-functional teams.
• Lead project planning and direct portions of smaller projects or segments of larger projects, including scheduling and cost monitoring.
• Develop and complete process validation activities (IQ/SV/OQ/PQ/TMV) per project plan and SOP/QSR 820.75 requirements.
