Texas Instruments in Mexico is seeking an Inventory Cost Accountant to lead monthly close, inventory valuation, and GAAP compliance. You will drive costing standardization across factories, coordinate cycle counts, and support consolidation efforts to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, Accounting, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with TI systems and processes or equivalent.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, including GAAP and inventory accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Monthly and quarterly close, inventory valuation, audits, intercompany pricing, and GAAP compliance.
• Participate in standardization of costing procedures across factories.
• Execute cycle count planning and coordination across factories.
• Support Cycle Count Consolidation to streamline procedures and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor inventory aging and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with site procurement and operations on inventory compliance.
• Collaborate with finance and management on quarterly reviews and ad hoc analyses.
• Drive process improvements, including automation and robustness of controls.
• Support strategic vision for accounting processes to enable factory expansion.
• Lead cross-functional projects with IT on inventory ownership and costing.
