Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey, MX seeks a seasoned Manager, Commodity Purchasing to lead regional procurement strategy, negotiate with suppliers and drive value across the supply base. You will influence cost savings and collaborate with Global teams in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s in a relevant field (Supply Chain or Engineering), an MBA is a plus, and 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience with strong leadership and communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required – supply chain or engineering preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years in a relevant strategic sourcing role with negotiation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Commodity Team in the region and support the Global Commodity Team.
• Develop commodity strategies that support overall business objectives and drive value and cost savings.
• Utilize negotiation and value analysis skills to reduce costs and meet annual objectives.
• Finalize negotiations and present sourcing decisions to the Global Sourcing Committee.
• Source in accordance with company and corporate policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers with integrity and professionalism.
• Stay informed on regulations, market conditions, and product availability affecting strategy and pricing.
• Participate in special analyses and projects as required.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering
