Johnson Controls in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Buyer to partner with Engineering and manufacturing teams to secure indirect goods and services and lead supplier relationships across facilities.

The role emphasizes New Product Introduction support, contract negotiations, and driving cost savings and process improvements, with SAP experience and strong English communication to enable global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
• 6+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Engineering and business units to translate priorities into procurement strategies for NPI.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: RFx, supplier selection, cost analysis, negotiations and contracts.
• Drive cost savings, supplier consolidation and working capital improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procure-to-pay processes and governance; monitor supplier performance.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
