Joyson Safety Systems in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead the regional commodity team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. You will develop commodity strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure alignment with global policies and cost objectives, while building strong internal and external partnerships.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in SCM or Engineering, MBA preferred, and 5–10 years’ experience with 3–5 years in strategic sourcing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering.
• MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years business experience; 3–5 years in strategic sourcing/negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal; strong time management.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven supplier negotiations and knowledge of procurement contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Commodity Team in the region and support the Global Commodity Team.
• Develop Commodity Strategies to drive value and cost savings.
• Negotiate and approve all regional sourcing; present to Global Sourcing Committee.
• Source in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal customers; manage market conditions.
