Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Commodity Manager for its Monterrey-based team. The role focuses on crafting end-to-end commodity strategies for direct materials that impact the Integrated Supply Chain across regions.

You will lead sourcing events, negotiate with suppliers, manage performance metrics, and collaborate with PLM, Engineering, Quality and Operations to support NPI and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Experience managing commodity strategies end-to-end and supplier networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end commodity strategies for direct materials.
• Lead sourcing events, supplier negotiations and contracting decisions.
• Manage supplier performance, quality, delivery and cost.
• Partner with PLM, Engineering, Quality and Operations for NPI and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing strategies and monitor market conditions.
