Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sourcing experience with 2+ years in Supplier or Commodity Management.
• Familiarity with commodity cost drivers and strategic supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans and manage assigned commodities.
• Lead supplier benchmarking and supplier base consolidation for the Americas.
• Negotiate supplier terms and ensure alignment with JE global policies.
• Support quality, cost, and delivery targets with escalation support as needed.
