Flowserve Chile S.p.A. is seeking a proactive Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of credit customers across North America. The role aims to improve cash flow visibility, resolve payment issues, and support forecasting and compliance.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, and the Global Credit Center, handling disputes and driving timely collections with attention to detail and strong stakeholder relations.

Qualifikationen

• Secondary studies or a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting is preferred.
• Experience in collections, AR, or credit is expected.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage and actively collect a portfolio of customer accounts with timely follow-ups.
• Review daily customer payments, reconcile activity, and maintain accurate notes.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and Teams about payment status and commitments.
• Provide biweekly portfolio status updates highlighting challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance to assess collectible amounts and support cash forecasting.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Regional Account Managers, Sales, and Global Credit Center to resolve issues.
• Identify issues; open dispute cases and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Review sales orders on hold and support month-end close and SOX/audit evidence.
