Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead a team of professional collectors in a compliance-first environment and drive KPI performance. You will coach, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring accurate financial statements and month-end closings under US-GAAP.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• 4+ years of experience required (2+ years in a Shared Service center).
• Ability to motivate and develop people.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to drive process changes.
• Continuous improvement mindset; LEAN Six Sigma is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day work of the team including invoice processing, payments, collections, month-end closings, and reconciliations under US-GAAP.
• Foster culture to attract and retain quality talent.
• Participate in PMP by developing SMART goals and objectives.
• Balance team workload and meet month-end deadlines and KPI targets.
• Create backup structures and cross-training for service continuity.
• Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial statements for own domain.
• Maintain healthy relationships with site leadership, procurement, finance and others as needed.
