Amazon Web Services (AWS) Mexico is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to join the team and work with strategic customers to accelerate their cloud journeys. This high-visibility role positions you as a thought leader and trusted advisor, coordinating AWS teams to deliver transformational outcomes for customers.

You will lead end-to-end initiatives across sales, support, solutions architecture, ProServe, and customer teams, evangelize AWS solutions, and advocate for customers within AWS while

Formación

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience with large-scale IT/digital transformation or migration programs in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end projects across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, ProServe, and customer teams.
• Understand customer business deeply and evangelize the right AWS solutions at the right time.
• Advocate internally at AWS on behalf of customers.
• Translate customer goals into plans and deliver industry-changing outcomes.
• Drive customer cloud adoption and value from cloud investments.
