Amazon Web Services (AWS) Mexico is seeking a Sr Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to work with one or more strategic customers in the country to accelerate cloud adoption and deliver transformational outcomes. In this highly visible role, the CSM acts as a trusted advisor coordinating AWS teams to realize customer goals.

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with customer impact.
• 2+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives or partners to solve business problems.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Adoption Plan: create executable plans with AWS teams and partners to realize customer vision.
• Maximize value through Adoption, Enablement, Governance and scale training.
• Identify strategic opportunities: pursue migrations, analytics, and business agility with business cases.
• Develop CSM function and align account team to deliver on cloud strategy.
