Circana Mexico is seeking a strategic leader to join the Mexico team as Manager, Client Sales & Insights, PL. You will guide a team, build strong client partnerships, and deliver insights from POS and consumer panel data that influence business decisions.

Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on a customer-centric culture and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of market research experience in client services, account management or sales.
• Advanced English required.
• Ability to synthesize data from POS and consumer panel data into actionable insights.
• Strong presentation skills for large groups and senior audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing Client Sales & Insights team and strengthen client relationships.
• Guide the team in delivering actionable insights from POS and consumer panel data.
• Drive revenue growth, client retention, and new business opportunities across assigned accounts.
• Oversee strategic account planning and align solutions to client business objectives.
• Coach associates on client presentations, training, and solution adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver client and business success.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
