Job summary

Responsibilities

Define and govern end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale transformations.
Engage executive stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure adoption of new operating models and technologies.
Lead Change, Training, and Communications teams to translate vision into scalable adoption roadmaps.
Assess impacts, mitigate adoption risks, and enable long-term behavioral change.
Establish governance and adoption metrics to measure transformation outcomes.
