You will translate market, shopper, and client insights into actionable recommendations that drive profitable growth with key customers. You will develop assortment, space, navigation, and category development strategies, strengthen Haleon's position as a growth partner, and maximize execution of commercial priorities at the point of sale, collaborating with Sales,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Category Management within consumer goods.
• At least 2 years of experience working directly with Walmart or key leadership accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data consolidation and interpretation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to develop high-impact executive presentations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze market, shopper, category, competition, and client data to identify growth opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Develop assortment recommendations by client and channel, identifying distribution, innovation, portfolio optimization opportunities.
• Lead space, planogram, segmentation, and category navigation analyses to maximize shelf productivity and shopping experience.
• Build category stories and value propositions for strategic clients to position Haleon as a growth partner.
• Participate in business reviews and Joint Business Planning with key customers.
