Haleon in Mexico City seeks a Commex Trainee to provide operational and administrative support to Commercial Excellence, ensuring budget controls and efficient handling of materials. The role covers budgeting, contracts, invoicing, and reporting under governance standards.

You will coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Procurement and external agencies to enable timely commercial execution and actionable insights.

Formación

• Analytical mindset to derive insights from data.
• Graduated in admin sciences or industrial engineering.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to produce reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage budget for Commercial Excellence end-to-end.
• Oversee procurement contracts and invoicing.
• Prepare reports and support regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate production and delivery of materials with agencies.
• Ensure internal approvals and governance across initiatives.
• Generate business reviews and action plans.
