Flowserve in Mexico is seeking a site-based Procurement to Pay specialist for casting-related materials and services. You will help achieve lowest total cost of acquisition while meeting production schedules, leveraging SAP/Oracle and strong negotiation skills.

The role requires reading pump part drawings, coordinating with Global Supply Chain, and occasional travel to support cross-functional objectives. Strong English and Spanish communication is essential.

Formación

• 2 years of Casting/Pattern experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel (occasional).
• Bachelor's degree in business with Supply Chain focus.
• Fluent English and Spanish communications.
• Experience reading industrial pump part drawings.
• Proven negotiation and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cost reduction in line with annual targets.
• Support forecast owners to meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Ensure timely production-related dates and supplier promises.
• Convert material demand into Purchase Orders quickly and accurately.
• Manage ERP-generated exception messages to maintain optimal inventory and PO accuracy.
• Comply with Flowserve Safety, Integrity & Ethics procedures/policies.
• Adhere to all Flowserve Supply Chain policies.
