Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division seeks a Buyer to strengthen the purchasing function and drive cost-out initiatives. You will maintain SAP records, issue POs per schedule, and coordinate with internal customers to ensure timely material arrival.

Key tasks include supplier negotiation, handling past-due orders, and ensuring adherence to EHS policies while contributing to division profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English (80%+) and MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and prioritization skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to division profit using effective purchasing systems.
• Identify cost-out opportunities and manage supplier relations.
• Review invoices on hold; corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Maintain SAP item master, lead times, and procurement data.
• Place purchase orders per SAP-guided schedules and communicate with internal customers.
• Monitor raw material inventory and reduce past-due POs with accurate SAP dates.
• Provide support to ensure EHS compliance in purchasing activities.
