Qualifications

• Degree programs in Accounting, Administration, or Engineering.
• Advanced English with 3-4+ years of experience.
• Ability to work with incomplete information, adapt to changes, and make sound decisions in poorly defined contexts.
• Autonomy and structuring: organize ideas, identify priorities, and develop work plans even when context is not fully defined.
• Strong organizational skills: manage multiple activities, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate executive schedules: organize and track schedules for BP and CFO, prioritizing meetings.
• Quick learner: grasp new processes, tools, systems, and organizational dynamics.
• Curiosity and proactive: seek information, ask timely questions, and validate understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support Functional Leader in organizing the business activities.
• Execute the portfolio/business planning process.
• Plan assignments with priority goals and requirements for difficult projects.
• Develop and maintain project business cases with deliverables, benefits, and timing.
• Analyze execution of initiatives vs. the Functional Business plan.
• Interpret data and recommend solutions to complex problems.
• Manage budgets.
• Execute the Functional competitive assessment process.
• Collect and analyze key operating metrics for the group.
• Develop and conduct presentations for management at all levels.
