General Motors de México is seeking a seasoned Finance professional to own monthly budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities for the Toluca plant. You will build budgets, track accruals, and develop dashboards to improve cost visibility, while driving savings across OpEx projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance with strong data analysis skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This hybrid role requires on-site collaboration and periodic travel within Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, admin or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with financial concepts (AP/AR, invoices, expenses).
• Proven data analysis skills with various analytical tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own monthly PTB and CPU performance metrics for the plant and explain variances.
• Build and maintain budgets and forecasts by account and cost center.
• Manage manufacturing accruals and PR tracking, reconciling PRs and invoices.
• Develop and maintain tools/dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Power Platform) for cost visibility.
• Lead Cost Council initiatives and quantify savings; record in Cost Council systems.
• Act as Finance lead on OpEx/cost-reduction projects and validate benefits.
