MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Business Manager to join our team in Querétaro. You will develop and expand our business, build relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants, and lead multidisciplinary teams across projects and industries.

You will drive business development, manage talent acquisition with our team, and ensure profitability while delivering premier Project Management services to enterprise clients. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Experience in service sales or client account management.
• Experience closing large scale enterprise deals.
• Ideally some Project Management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand our business and your network while fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across different industries.
• Build your portfolio, identify growth opportunities, manage the scope of activity by building relationships with key account customers, and sell premier Project Management services.
• Interview and hire top candidates to support and develop your Hub’s consultant team and empower your team through coaching and career path development.
• Manage revenue growth and profitability objectives of your business unit while guaranteeing client satisfaction.
