Nabis is seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to own a portfolio of brand and retailer accounts, driving timely collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining healthy relationships. Formación

• Ability to hold difficult conversations and secure payment commitments.
• Experience in B2B collections or high-volume customer service (3+ years).
• Track record managing a large account portfolio and hitting collections targets.
• Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills; maintain retailer relationships.
• Proficient with Slack, Asana, Zendesk; quick to learn new systems.
• Data-savvy: Excel/Google Sheets; derive insights from AR aging reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable tone.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with process documentation.
• Thrives in startup pace and scale.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; BPO/customer-service background a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own a dedicated portfolio of brand/retailer accounts, driving proactive outreach on past-due COD and net-terms invoices.
• Lead collections conversations with professionalism, negotiation - resolving disputes and securing payment commitments.
• Partner daily with invoicing, operations, and delivery teams to resolve payment blockers in real time.
• Follow established Slack workflows for status updates, escalation alerts, and cross-team hand-offs.
• Manage and triage tasks across Asana and Zendesk, high-volume queue management.
• Identify early warning signs of retailer credit risk and escalate accordingly.
• Produce weekly AR and credit reporting, support Accounting with data for allowances.
• Flag likely-uncollectible invoices early and coordinate with brands and leadership.
• Document and maintain audit-ready records of all interactions.
• Use AI tools to streamline day-to-day workflows and reporting.
