DiDi is seeking a Strategy Business Partner with a focus on the mid-market restaurant segment (HQ CKA). You will run rigorous analyses, act as a bridge between commercial teams and all functions, and drive clearly communicated insights to inform retention, growth, and partnerships in Mexico and beyond.

Responsibilities include designing and executing strategies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset.
• Background in consulting or strategy areas with organizations.
• A drive to understand root causes and hands-on approach with commercial teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and track record delivering projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead rigorous business analysis in Excel/Sheets; present clear findings.
• Own either the farming retention/growth strategy for restaurants on our platform, or the Mexico/Colombia acquisition strategy.
