Job summary

Corning seeks a Strategy Deployment Specialist to enable enterprise AI adoption by translating technical concepts into scalable training, communications, and enablement resources. You will develop train-the-trainer initiatives, coach ambassadors, and create practical resources for business teams to understand AI tools, standards, and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting strategic initiatives, program management, or business operations.
• Experience facilitating training programs, workshops, or train-the-trainer sessions with ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.
• Proven ability to create engaging training materials, communications, enablement resources, and business-facing documentation.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts, cross-functional teams, trainers, and business partners.
• Experience coordinating training activities, content development, feedback cycles, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and office hours.
• Partner with AI Platform, AI Governance, AI Architecture, and other teams to translate technical updates into business-friendly materials.
• Develop and maintain structured learning paths and AI enablement catalog materials.
• Coach trainers and ambassadors on presenting concepts and tailoring content for audiences.
• Ensure training materials stay accurate and aligned with enterprise standards.
• Manage program schedules, content updates, and participant feedback for continuous improvement.
