Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Product Catalog and Playbook Analyst to manage and support documentation of AI Enablement offerings, guidance materials, and adoption content. You will ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with stakeholder needs across products and services.

The role focuses on organizing information, developing playbooks, and maintaining repositories using Gitlab and Sharepoint, with a strong emphasis on user-friendly materials and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in documentation, knowledge management, internal enablement, content operations, or related work
• Experience with Gitlab, CoPilot Studio, Agent Management
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly materials
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Maintain the catalog of AI Enablement products, services, tools, and resources using repositories in Gitlab and Sharepoint.
• Document offerings in a clear and consistent format, including use cases, intended audiences, and access pathways.
• Develop and update playbooks, job aids, templates, and supporting guidance materials.
• Organize information to improve usability, findability, and consistency across materials.
• Partner with product, program, and business stakeholders to keep content current and aligned with evolving needs.
• Gather feedback on content effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support launch and adoption activities through documentation and enablement content.
• Help standardize content management practices, templates, and documentation conventions.
