Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
7+ years in software/AI engineering or related delivery roles.
Experience guiding technical work and architecture direction.
Strong Python background with API-oriented development.
Exposure to AI-enabled apps, LLMs, chatbots, and automation.
Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

Lead AI engineers and senior engineers, guiding technical work.
Shape design, development, implementation, and support of AI-enabled applications and integrations.
Provide architecture and technical direction for enterprise AI solutions.
Drive platform integration, Python development, APIs, and LLM-enabled workflows.
