Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Deployment Strategist to advise enterprise customers on agentic AI deployments. You will lead end-to-end engagements, shape AI strategy, and drive measurable value. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex challenges into live, scalable AI solutions.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, 4+ years in enterprise cloud/SaaS, and hands-on experience with AI design and Salesforce platforms. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree required with enterprise cloud or SaaS experience.
• Customer-facing delivery experience is required for this role.
• Experience designing AI/LLM solutions and agentic AI strategies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the value lifecycle and own outcomes.
• Define AI strategy and roadmap; run design workshops and sessions.
• Oversee deployment timelines, risk, and progress reporting for engagements.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within engagements.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools and agentic capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present business-value outcomes.
• Assess readiness for AI adoption and guide change management.
