Google is seeking a Strategic Agency Manager to influence traditional media agencies and increase the value of Google media for agency businesses and clients. You will drive growth, collaborate with client strategists and product teams, and expand product adoption across a broad agency portfolio.
You will focus on budget allocation, drive scalable revenue growth, and promote capabilities across the organization to enable mutual revenue growth for agencies, their customers, and Google.

The Agency Partnership team is a high-performing team that drives customer success by partnering with a wide range of Big 6 and independent traditional media agencies.
As a Strategic Agency Manager, you will leverage the executive influencing skills to partner with traditional media agencies and increase the value that Google media brings to their agency business and their customers' businesses in order to drive business growth and product adoption for Google. Agency managers prioritize stakeholder relationships and collaborate with a portfolio of agencies to discover, develop and execute business growth strategies.
You will focus on influencing budget allocation to increase digital capabilities and strengthening long-term commercial growth partnerships within our agencies, driving scalable revenue growth and product adoption across the broader portfolio of agency-managed accounts. You will drive alignment on the allocation of the strategic resources for these agencies, to fuel your growth enablement initiatives, collaborating with client strategists and product specialists to deliver mutual revenue growth to our agencies, their customers, and to Google.
You‘ll also develop the acquisition and promote capabilities of your assigned agencies across all levels of the organization in order to enable sustainable business growth for all parties. Your deep knowledge of both traditional and online media combined with your communication skills, executive influencing skills and analytical abilities shapes how your agencies’ new and existing businesses grow.
