La Cabra in Mexico is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Café & Bakery location. You will inspire your team, drive operational excellence, and ensure a hospitality-driven guest experience that reflects the brand's quality and spirit.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage barista shifts, oversee FOH operations, and train new staff while maintaining service standards and health/safety compliance.

Formación

• Genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Comfortable standing and being mobile for long shifts.
• Flexible schedule to lead the team as needed.
• Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or above is required.

Responsabilidades

• Elevate guest experience at all times.
• Lead barista shifts and guide the bar team during service.
• Oversee front-of-house operations.
• Set and maintain standards for attitude, service and professionalism.
• Manage weekly orders of coffee goods and supplies.
• Ensure health-safety protocols and readiness for inspections.
• Collaborate with Lead Barista on staff training and onboarding.
• Handle staff concerns and guest issues/complaints.
