Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead daily production operations and drive improvements. You will manage and motivate production staff, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while collaborating with multiple departments to meet targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing/production with at least 1 year in supervision.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
