Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is seeking a Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets with exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. You will help maintain sanitation across kitchen equipment, china, glass and silver, while following safety procedures and waste reduction practices.

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
