Job summary

The Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is seeking a dedicated Steward to join our food and beverage family, delivering exceptional guest service through spotless, compliant kitchens.

You will clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver; maintain the sanitation of major kitchen equipment; and handle pots, pans, and utensils with care, following safety procedures. The role includes training opportunities and access to employee discounts and meals.

• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
