HP in Poland is seeking a Financial Analyst-Statutory Accounting to lead close activities and statutory audits for multiple entities. You will prepare financial statements under IFRS/local GAAP and collaborate with controllers to ensure accurate reporting.

The role emphasizes process standardization, automation, and strong knowledge of accounting principals, GAAP bridging, and statutory reporting. Flexible work options may apply.

Formación

• First-level university degree focused on business or economics; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 4+ years as financial analyst or controller.
• Experience in multiple finance functions.
• Big 4 background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end ownership of close activities & statutory audits for entities assigned, coordinating with external auditors.
• Prepare financial statements per IFRS / Local GAAP.
• Collaborate with Controllers and stakeholders to analyze financial statements.
• Standardize and automate close processes and audit schedules across entities.
• Knowledge of accounting processes and accounting principles.
• Proficient in statutory reporting, GAAP bridging and financial statement prep.
• Support month/quarter/year-end closes for USGAAP & Local GAAP.
