Stellantisfinancialservices seeks a dedicated production shift supervisor to lead daily operations on the plant floor. You will drive safe, efficient production with a focus on continuous improvement in line with SPW requirements.

You will plan and coordinate production activities, supervise the team, and partner with Production Control to track inventory and meet deadlines while championing a strong safety culture and quality goals.

Formación

• Formability of steel blanks, cutting dies, selection of steel types for machining, heat treatment, aluminum formability, lubrication control in forming processes, system knowledge, electrical knowledge in pneumatics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shift operations to meet production goals.
• Foster a safety-focused work culture and implement procedures.
• Plan and coordinate production activities and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate production control with plant teams.
• Lead department supervisors to meet OEE targets (HPH lines, ADCT, OLE).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of the shift.
• Responsible for developing a work culture with a safety approach.
• Responsible for the implementation of safety procedures.
• Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, advising and delegating the activities associated with the production of parts of the production line and logistics on the floor, oriented to continuous improvement based on the requirements of the SPW.
• Plan all activities concerning the product and the process.
• Responsible for plant production, daily review of the production program in coordination with the Department of Production Control, tracking inventory in the warehouse, coordination of the timing and production schedule.
• Lead the activities in conjunction with department supervisors to comply with the results of the HPH lines, ADCT OEE and OLE.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Formability steel blanks; cutting dies; selection of steel types for machining; heat treatment; aluminum formability; lubrication control in forming processes; system knowledge; electrical knowledge in pneumatics.
• Fluency in English.
• 8 years of experience.
• Responsible for effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment to reduce breakdowns and quality problems.
• Ability to lead and encourage teamwork with service areas.
• Involvement in the process for production troubleshooting, maintenance and die room.
• Implement with rigor SPW strategy focused on quality and plant productivity.
• Supervise the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
