Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or plan to obtain within 2 years.
• Basic computer skills (email, login, run application).
• Demonstrated basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating stamping presses under direct supervision.
• Support changeovers, adjustments, and production startups.
• Observe and assist in maintaining process parameters.
• Participate in quality inspections and report results per procedures.
• Report quality, production or safety concerns to the team leader.
• Assist in basic equipment care and routine maintenance.
