Qualifications

• No experience required at Level 1; progression to levels 2–4.
• Ability to interpret guidelines for the development of each piece.
• Capable of supporting as team leader.

Responsabilités

• Operates a variety of stationary or progressive stamp dies.
• Works with production plans given by the supervisor, meeting quality and time standards during the process.
• Inspects every part produced by comparing it with the first piece.
• Cleans constantly (die, tools and parts) to avoid burrs or waste which may damage the machine.
• If the die is not functioning correctly, informs the supervisor and does not start the machine.
• Level 4 sets up, checks, calibrates and does preventive maintenance and adjustments in stamping machines.
• Interprets guidelines and designs for the development of each piece.
• Also functions as the team leader.
