Job summary

Lear Corporation in Arteaga, Coahuila is seeking a senior plant leader to drive continuous improvement in metal stamping operations. You will oversee efficiency, productivity, and project delivery while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in leadership roles within metal stamping, with deep knowledge of mechanical stamping processes, presses (600–2100 tons), and team management.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to optimize tooling and processes in a metal stamping environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on manufacturing improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
