Lear For You in Arteaga, Coahuila seeks an experienced Stamping Operations Manager to drive plant efficiency, productivity, and project implementation. You will lead teams, ensure safety, and foster a high-performance environment in a metal stamping facility.

The ideal candidate has +8 years in leadership within metal stamping, deep knowledge of stamping/welding, presses 600–2100 tons, and fluent English. The role emphasizes strong leadership and decision-making in a manufacturing setting.

• +8 years in leadership roles in metal stamping/production settings.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical metal stamping processes and welding.
• Knowledge in manual, progressive, and transfer presses from 600 to 2100 tons.
• Fluent English; strong team management and leadership.
